1. Service Cancellation
- Customers may cancel the service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the service time, the company reserves the right to deduct administrative fees or a percentage of the service value.
2. Refunds
- If the cancellation is due to the company’s inability to provide the service (delay, unavailability, or any other issue), the customer will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval using the same payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Once the service has been fully delivered, no refund will be issued.
- Customized or personalized services may not be eligible for a refund once execution has started.
4. Service Modification
- Customers may request to reschedule or modify service details at least 24 hours in advance.
- Any modification after the service has started will be subject to company policy and may incur additional charges.
